All new patients will attend an initial appointment with specialists at the Specialist Network. Your initial consultation will be conducted within our new, modern consulting rooms, located within our locations across South East QLD.
During this consultation, the specialist will discuss your symptoms and work towards the best course of action for your personal conditions. This may include scheduling you for a procedure. In this case, the team at the Specialist Network will provide you with all the information you need to feel comfortable and prepared.
We kindly ask that all patients bring a valid referral, Medicare/Veteran Affairs Cards, and any Private Health Insurance Information. Upon your arrival, our friendly administration team may ask you to complete a new patient registration form. If you have had any recent tests, such as radiology imaging, you may also wish to bring these to your consultation.
